Alice was born in Baltimore and became the eldest of six children. She studied at Dunbar High School, the Community College of Baltimore, and the University of Baltimore where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a focus on the juvenile system. She served the city through internships and roles across the courts, detention centers, and youth programs.
She later directed the Performing Arts and Cultural Enrichment Program with Baltimore Recreation and Parks. She founded initiatives like the Inner City Network to teach modeling, public speaking, teamwork, and self worth. If a child could not afford fees, she found a sponsor or covered it herself. She organized pageants, cultural trips, and educational tours that opened doors for young people.
At Grace AME Church she served as missionary, Sunday School teacher, class leader, and president of the Fields Haze Young Missionary Society. She led the prayer line, supported grieving families, and kept her faith active in the community.
These stories and the lives she changed are the reason this foundation exists today.
